Dr. Alexandria Curlee, Ph.D., Psychologist

Dr. Alexandria Curlee offers a supportive and empowering environment to help patients make meaningful change. Her collaborative approach includes creating customized treatment goals and monitoring progress, with plenty of flexibility and compassion along the way. She understands the human experience is complex and that strong links exist between physical, cognitive, emotional, and social aspects of each person, which leads her to conceptualize well-being as including mind, body, and relationships. Within this integrative framework, Dr. Curlee delivers evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy, as well as incorporating Motivational Interviewing techniques. She has a strong background in the treatment of depression, anxiety, adjustment to life changes, and trauma-related symptoms among adults and adolescents and specializes in health psychology topics such as dysfunctional sleep patterns (e.g., insomnia), chronic pain, weight loss, and other health behavior changes.
